QurBrand LLC – Refund & Return Policy

At QurBrand LLC, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure clarity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance for consumable and skincare products. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Teas & Tinctures (QURGANIX™ Teas, Tisanes, Botanical Infusions & QurRelief™ Tinctures)
- Due to the consumable nature of these products, all sales are final.
- Refunds are available only if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
2. Skincare Products
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee refunds for all cases, we will review each situation individually.
3. Process for Refunds or Credits
- To request a refund, email us at 4loyalcustomers@qurganix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Store credits are issued as digital vouchers and may be applied toward future purchases.
4. Exceptions
- QurBrand LLC reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not comply with this policy.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
